What is Diversity Counts?

A simple survey of three minutes, distributed externally via email or text message by the Diversity Counts team at Cogo, gathers personal information from your workforce.

The survey data, once collated and analysed, is weighted to your HR data and used to populate a series of graphs that present a breakdown of employees for all ten diversity dimensions in your organisation, including at different levels of seniority. Segmentations by business unit, site and/or regional level can also be included.

The Diversity Counts tool can be customised and additional questions included that investigate areas of specific interest and relevance to your existing Diversity & Inclusion (D & I) activities. Results are delivered via a short PDF report, which will include comparisons with previous years’ results as time goes on.
