Tania Domett is the Managing Director of Cogo Consulting and is passionate about the power of research to support strategic decision-making around operational improvement, organisational planning, investment, marketing, service design, and business development.
Tania is a policy analyst with over 14 years’ experience as a researcher. Her expertise is in research design, online survey build (using advanced logic and scripting), interviewing, and qualitative and quantitative analysis. She is a skilled writer and presenter and is adept at tailoring communication to suit diverse audiences.
Tania has previously worked as an economic consultant, and as a researcher and lecturer in the Department of Political Studies at the University of Auckland.
Tania has a Master of Arts Degree in Public Policy, with First Class Honours, from The University of Auckland and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (Management), with Distinction, from Massey University. She is on the board of The Auckland Performing Arts Centre (TAPAC) and is a member of the Aotearoa-New Zealand Evaluation Association (ANZEA) and the Australasian Evaluation Society (AES).
Dr Jennie Coker is Head of Research at Cogo Consulting where her work focuses on designing and delivering research and evaluation programmes that support our clients' strategic information needs.
Jennie has advanced Excel skills and is highly skilled at interpreting research outputs to support clear recommendations for action, often combining multiple datasets in order to provide the insights needed. Jennie takes a systematic approach to problem-solving and manages the development, testing and integration of new technologies into our data collection programmes and reporting frameworks.
Before joining Cogo, Jennie worked for an economic consultancy and previously as a performance analyst for Rowing New Zealand. Jennie has a PhD from the Faculty of Health and Environmental Sciences at Auckland University of Technology and a BSc, with First Class Honours, in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Bath.
