Cogo’s core business is research and evaluation consulting: serving the information needs of our clients to support them to improve what they do, and demonstrate the value of what they do.

We work directly with public and private-sector clients as a stand-alone research provider as well as help other consultancies and research organisations deliver projects to their clients.

Founded in 2014, Cogo has developed a strong reputation for programme evaluation and customer/stakeholder insights research.  We help organisations make good decisions by interpreting and analysing data collected via a range of methods, including:
